Orthodontic treatment planning is becoming popular in ortho/restorative cases. The aim is to restore the patient's smile by moving teeth in optimal positions prior to carrying out minimally invasive restorative treatment. Simple orthodontic treatment is within the remit of GDPs and puts them in a good position to carry out simple orthodontic treatment as well as ortho/restorative treatments where they are fully in control of the case.
This course is designed for the beginner who wants to incorporate orthodontic treatment in their practice. It also caters for dentists who already carry out orthodontic treatment with 6MS, Cfast etc but want a better understanding of treatment planning so that they can plan and execute their cases with more confidence.
